Will Not Draw / Safety Guidelines
To ensure a comfortable and professional working environment, please note that I will not accept commissions that include the following themes or content:- Furries (Anthromorphic characters)
- Gore (Excessive or hyper-realistic violence/injury)
- Blood (Excessive amounts)
- Hate Symbols or Content (Racism, sexism, homophobia, etc.)
- Illegal Activities
- Non-Consensual Themes
-Extreme Political or Religious Content (Anything intended to be purely inflammatory or hateful)
- Underage / Loli / Shota Themes (I will not draw characters that appear to be minors in suggestive or NSFW contexts)
Payment
Please contact me on Discord @the.forge to begin the commission discussion and outline your project details. To facilitate secure payment, the client will need to provide their email address for the PayPal invoice. Upon reaching a mutual agreement on the scope and price, full payment is required upfront. An official invoice will be issued via PayPal. Work will commence only after the full payment is received.
Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the sale and licensing of digital artwork ("Art" or "Artwork") provided by The Forge ("The Forge," "we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or commissioning Art from The Forge, you ("Client" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms.1. 🖼️ Digital Only & Delivery
• All Art is 100% digital.
• Delivery is via a secure digital method (Discord DM).
• You are responsible for ensuring your device can receive and download the files.2. 💸 Payment & Final Sale
• Full payment is required upfront for all custom commissions before work begins.
• All sales are final.3. 🛑 Strict No Refund Policy
• We operate a strict "No Refund" policy.
• No refunds are issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, cancellation, or technical issues on the Client's end.
• If The Forge is unable to complete the work, the sole compensation is a credit for future work—no refund.4. ✍️ Copyright
• The Forge retains all copyright to the Art.
• Prohibited Uses: You may not resell, redistribute, or use the Art for AI training or NFTs.
• The Forge reserves the right to use the Art for portfolio and self-promotion.5. 🛠️ Commissions & Revisions
• The scope of work must be clearly agreed upon before payment.
• Custom commissions include a set limit of minor revisions (usually 1-2 rounds).
• Major changes requested after work begins will incur additional fees and a new quote.
